Hot Chocolate and Vegetarian Omelette


It's bright and sunny with a chill in the air. The morning calls for something soothing like a cup of hot chocolate and an omelette. It is a super simple way to create a feast within less than 10 minutes. Take your eggs crack them in a bowl and mix with a fork (30 seconds) add your spinach leaves or spring mix, diced tomatoes (1 minute), cheese is optional (1.5 seconds) put medium to low flame under frying pan with a slither of butter, pour in egg mixture and flip it over (2 minutes). Small pan with milk, get your hot chocolate mix and stir (3 - 5 minutes). Get your 100% Whole Wheat Bread or 12 Grain Bread and prepare to give thanks before you eat to your hearts content.
