Follow The Inner Healthy Voice 😊

Filled the carafe with water. Sipping on water as my choice of drink for today. I feel like refreshing the system with a thorough washing throughout the gastrointestinal system. This morning, I had a cup of coffee with a few clubhouse crackers. Whenever, I drink coffee, I usually drink it black - no milk or cream, no sugar. However, once in a while, I will have a cup of coffee with milk and sugar - today was that day. After I had my breakfast, my inner voice said - water. You need water. Can I tell you? I feel so fantastic. I listened and I believe that I am treating my body to a healthy refreshing experience😊 Naturally, I felt like the next meal better come correct - and my inner voice said - oatmeal!!!
I am on a roll! Oatmeal is the way to go. Water and oatmeal. What will my inner voice suggest for dinner? I look forward to it.
