Eating Hearty Healthy Meals ✓
Taking a look at the meals that I enjoyed gave me a chance to look at the choices that I made. Was I really eating healthy?
Greens with every meal ✓
Salmon ✓
Eggplant wraps ✓
Black beans ✓
Quinoa ✓
Avocado✓ it's guacamole
Roll ✓
Cheese Quesadilla ✓
Unsweetened Ice Teas ✓
The assessment shows that I could have passed on the roll and the quesadillas. There was a need to add as many delicious items to my meal as there were no seafood choices - totally unnecessary. I should have left the roll off. The vegetarian and pescatarian journey has me overloading on dairy and carbs. Bread, bread, bread!!! Cheese, cheese, cheese!!! Thankfully, I went to the gym each morning or I would have tipped the scales at a higher number.

Chocolate molten lava dessert cake with a strawberry swimming in chocolate syrup was the dessert choice. However, I only ate a small portion - so that made for a lovely balance.
