| Homemade Vegetarian Pizza |
Sunday was not just any Sunday. It was Easter Sunday. Sunday was the day that Christians celebrate the resurrection of Christ. We're now vegetarians. Dinner was a homemade pizza that took less than 30 minutes to prepare. One could never imagine, at least this one, having pizza for Sunday Dinner much less Easter Sunday.The order was in - one plain and one with spinach, peppers, onions and tomatoes. In and out the oven and served to a happy hungry family. It was a delicious feast, hot fresh from the oven homemade pizza. We ate to our hearts content giving thanks for the resurrection and all the provisions that we are able to enjoy.
