We Tried It - Thin Crust Pizza Vegan Style

Saturday was a go with the flow kind of day. We just grazed along on fruits and nuts. We ate left over pizza with a side of curly fries for lunch and as pizza lovers know - there's no such thing as too much pizza. We plotted and planned our dinner online at Domino's. We built our pizza following the vegan approved guidelines. Thin crust with toppings as seen below on our recipe.

We were super excited. We ordered and selected our delivery time. Three hours and forty five minutes later our dinner arrived. It was an ultra thin crust, like paper thin, and unlike the regular pizza sliced in 6 to 8 pieces, this pizza was sliced both diagonal and horizontally into many pieces. There was a lot of sauce as we ordered extra sauce and our vegetables were perfectly scattered generously on the pie. My King was at Heaven's Gate, Ally was in the bosoms of the angels and I was having a little talk with Jesus- we were all filled with gratitude - the best Vegan Pizza Everrrrrrrrr!!! However, the feast came at an unusually high price for one large pizza pie - $37.91 and over $40 after adding the tip. So guess what???!!! We're going to make our very own vegan pizza before this lent season is over. Stay tuned...
