But of course I had to add a twist to the already prepared
butternut squash apple bisque. I just could not help myself. I promised my fellow family vegan troopers that I would find adventurous ways to make our meals. I did just that. I looked around and randomly selected the items that I believed would be perfect additions to our Monday Meal. I peeled the carrots and the potatoes, chopped them, and boiled them separately from the bisque. After they were prepared, I added them to the bisque which I am super excited to try. I loved the idea of the Butternut Squash Apple Bisque. I love pumpkins and squash. I love bisques and soups. The bisque was already pureed with Apple, Butternut Squash, Carrots, Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg, a delicious blend that peaked my palate's curiosity. Campbells Well Yes! brand has a variety of bisques and soups. I have purchased some other fabulous combinations, and look forward to trying them. Let us get back to the Bisque of the Day. The bisque was absolutely delicious, comforting and worthy of seconds. My King, Ally and I agreed, it was a wonderful treat. I really hope that you will give it a try. Now for the recipe.

2 cans of Campbells Butternut Squash Apple Bisque
1 cup of vegetable broth
3 carrots peeled and chopped
2 potatoes peeled and chopped
2 cups of chopped broccoli
8 slices of canned beets cut in four pieces each
Simmer for 10 minutes
Served with warm Vegan Naan Bread
